• Full length one piece aluminum piano hinge riveted to the body and welded to the lid every 3”.
• Center load bearing shock mount design.
• Lid hardware rivet mounted for a cleaner look.
• (2) dynamic dampening gas shocks - lasts 6 times longer, opens smoother with less stress on hinge, operates the same in all temperatures.
• Sealed closed cell PVC foam tape seals lid in all weather conditions and climates.
• Adjustable throttle rod with throttle rod cover.
• Stationary end tray w/screwdriver holders at either end of the box.
• Mounting slots with J-bolts for no drill installation.
• Available in Sandtex black powder coated finish with 100% paint coverage.
